Most Low-Rent Star Wars Themed Political Ad Ever
This is the first commercial I've made during my campaign for Rockingham County (NC) Board of Education. It's been running on local television and has recently been featured in The New York Times, the Raleigh News & Observer and The Charlotte Observer. The voice-over is done by Melody Hallman Daniel (www.skillbuildercoaching.com) For more information about my campaign please visit my website at http://www.knightforboard.org

This same fella proposed to his wife on TheForce.net message boards!
I do have to give him credit for at least showing off his Star Wars fandom in a creative way.
Heck, these ads were better than Arnold's ads for gov of Calif.

(thanks to tdhartist for the heads up!)

On the other hand, how many Star Wars themed political Ads have there been?

Ah, it gets points for effort.

indeed! Even though the ad is low-rent, the more I watch it the more endearing it is!

I'm curious as to what LFL has to say about this. I'm not sure if it's covered but, if it is, the response should be interesting.

heck, I'd probably vote for him.
I'm surprised he didn't run for Star Wars Fan Club president!

You know, now I'm very, very grateful that no one thought to do actual Youtube 'campaign ads' for that.

Man, great ad!

Although I think he outed himself and basically ran on the Geek Ticket when he used that custom-tooled lightsaber. Death Star blowing up schools... priceless!
